2. Service Description

EngagePoint Media LLC offers a range of digital marketing services to small businesses. Services include, but are not limited to, Brand Design & Strategy, Website Development, Social Media Management, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Paid Search Advertising, Reputation Management, Unified Messaging, Webchat, CRM, Payment Solutions, Document and Contract E-signing, and Lead Handling Automation.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing ranges from $249 to $949 per month, depending on the package and services selected.Payment is due on the first day of the billing cycle. Failure to make payment within 10 days of the due date will result in the suspension of services.EngagePoint Media reserves the right to change service prices at any time with 30 days' notice to existing clients.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for EngagePoint Media to fulfill its service obligations.The client is responsible for the security and integrity of their own systems, data, and access credentials.The client agrees not to use EngagePoint Media's services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.EngagePoint Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice if the client violates any terms of this agreement.Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination.
